OUR PROCESS

Using computer technology to gain insights into our coffee's profile is helpful, but it's only the start to how we ensure the highest quality roast for every small batch we produce. Smelling, feeling, and examining the coffee throughout the entire roasting process helps us track proper development. It also helps us bring out the most subtle, unique character traits from each of the farms we partner with.

Every coffee seed is unique to the place in which it grows and our process aims to bring out the best from each of them.

From choosing coffees -- where we painstakingly seek out small farms that harvest their coffee fruit by hand -- to roasting and brewing in small batches, we hope to create and share experiences that are predictably perfect.
